Hi, it looks like that there was a book puzzle planted in the mission “Hidden Arcana”. But if you talk to the archivist it shows you the books you have to interact with, instead of letting us search for it and use our brains. I know not everyone likes puzzles, but a choice between, letting us puzzle and “Please tell me the answer, the world is in danger blub blub” would have been a much better solution. I feel sad for those who planned that there should be a great puzzle, that had been remembered (like the first halloween paper chase) and angry for the one who wasted it.

I agree with you, a choice would have been great.
Actually the first time I done it I didn’t watch the mini map and was just reading everybook I found looking for one about centaurs. Then the star show up, and I understoud that it was useless to try to do it by reading and just looking at the mini map was giving every answer.
A choice could be great.

I think they cracked it with the hints system they used for the karka hatchling hunt. That was pretty much the perfect system really. I hope they utilise that method for future find-the-thing puzzles.
