I think “literary critic” is giving this guy too much credit.
This is what is wrong with the whole “Scarlet was working with the Inquest” at thaumanova. There is no reasonable explanation for it. It can’t be justified. No one would hire her.
Scarlet was not working with the inquistion when the reactor blew. She was their on here own with out the inquest’s permission.
She wasn’t there on her own, she is mentioned to be Inqest’s special consultant.
So she was hired as a special consultant. That much I heard from dialogues in Fractal itself.
As for why she was hired, probably because she is a genius perfect in every art and craft anyone has ever heard of and few more. And I wish that last sentence was sarcasm.
Any number of Scott Adams cartoons comes to mind.
They’re probably invested into lots of kids stuff too, and they think it’s the bomb. Next time you talk to your investors should should probably tell them the actual gamer is between 12 and 25 these days, and even 12 year olds are much more mature than they were when they were 12.
If you can read this then it is proof that ArenaNet’s moderators just, kind and fair.
If you think about it, the Inquest doesn’t make a lot of sense either. For a criminal (science!) organization that is supposedly pulling wool over the eyes of the Arcane Councils, they make no serious attempts to hide their acts of terrorism or asura’s rights violations.
Either the Arcane Council doesn’t care, or asura aren’t nearly as smart as they style themselves. I suspect the latter, Dunning-Kruger effect and all that.
