Guild Wars 2

It should be simple but I can’t figure it out.

The first character I took to Dry Top was my level 60 something necro. I seemed to die very quickly so have been exploring Dry Top with my level 80 warrior. Do I need to bring my necro back to Dry Top or is there a way I can get access to the episodes with my warrior?

LS2 is for level 80 characters.

And to access the story, go to your Hero Panel, and activate the story?

Thanks. I found the living story journal under the personal story section. I had been trying to activate the living story journal under the achievements section.
