How you can make the LS Better
Agree with this.
I’d like to see stuff like say when the camps on southsun get invaded as often as they are that the residents at least pack up and move to a different spot, or have slowly fortified the camps, or something instead of just sitting there and taking it all the time.
Or even a bigger lionguard presence is there…something!
would love for towns and cities to change after getting wiped in battles permanently so you get this sense of time moving forward in the game
add some permanent change to the home instance. For people who finished all the Living Story achievements unlock new stuff in our home instance.

The LS is good, and it really demonstrates a living world. However, it is missing one core component for the LS to work. It DOESN’T represent a EVOLVING world. FnF has little to no sign on the world that the event took place. Just two new instanced areas.
Ever chapter in the LS needs to leave behind some kind of NEW permanent content.
Ideas:
Dungeons/fractals
Hearts/leveling areas. FnF should have left like an underground area that was once a Molten Alliance facility. Complete with a heart, maybe a PoI, etc. IT would be in ruins and it could represent what was left of the battle we partook in.
New areas to explore
New meta events
New dynamic Events
New Jumping Puzzles
New Mini Dungeons.You guys need to leave something behind. I see a lot of complains about it not being perm, especially in game. To the players, temp content with no perm content with it just seems like a waste of money. I’m sure many would have you put the funds of the LS into something that will stay and extend the player experience.
you missed Non Lvl 80 Friendly content (at least for temporary content)
I think it would benefit all concerned if the devs would replace the ‘living’ story concept with a Growing Game concept and start adding more permanent content. We need more permanent content. We don’t need more temporary content.
My happy little ‘living’ analogy…
Oh, look! Here’s a quaint little pool full of lots and lots of colorful fishies, with water lilies and cattails and dragonflies all around. So pretty! But wait! There’s no fresh water entering the pool. The pool is becoming more and more stagnant. The colorful fishies are gasping for oxygen and slowly dying! Alas! Whatever shall we do?
Devly Do-Right: Fear not! I’ll throw a pebble or two in the pool every few weeks, causing temporary surface ripples!
Fishies: Yay?
without the living story there would only be Orr-grind and CoF-grind. Because of the living story people actually go to other zones than max. level.
