Why has no one noticed the blurb regarding the new book being released to coincide with the Sky Pirates update? The title of course being “Sea of Sorrows”…

What do we know?

1) The Sky Pirates have joined forces with the Inquest

2) The Inquest have a hidden facility underwater in the Northwest portion of Orr bordering what area?

3) They have appeared out of no where to wreak havoc upon LA. One would think they would have a rather close proximity to LA since this was their chosen point of contact.

4) If these pirates approached from any direction OTHER than southwest would we have not have heard of strange airships?

5)Pre dragon Bash, where was there TONS of activity thanks to the Consortion? South Sun Cove… Which is in the middle of what?

6) What does the name of the book have to do with Guild Wars 2?

To me, though I am sure ANET would FERVERENTLY deny it given their documented stance on Map expansion, this is absolutely SCREAMING that a LARGE Map expansion is coming soon and the area to be expanded into will Sea of Sorrows. An area which currently is shaped like a donut (surrounded by and having something in the middle of it) thanks to the current explorable world.

I would love to hear others’ thoughts on this as I have ran the idea by most of my guildies and my theories seem sound…

Map expansion does not include opening up previously inaccessible areas of the current map…which is a lot. South Sun was revealed. There is a high probability that there will be more reveals as the living story goes further.
