Quite simple really. I came back to the game after a few months and the experience was horrible for me, was so lost with living story meaning that with the exception of dungeons PvE was sort of a no go for me.
So my suggestion is this. Perhaps create instanced versions of certain specific key events that people who missed them can access to catch up a bit, perhaps from the achievement menu? irrespective of whether the achievements can be gained it would be nice to be able to play through.
