Is there still a vendor, somewhere, where we can trade in our stray ugly socks, sweaters, and hats?

Not a big deal, but I found a small stack on one of my characters and I’d like to trade them in, if possible.

I thought they kept the vendor around for a few extra days, last year.

Hopefully ANet will update Sonders to take them too by way of a new tab.
