Really the reward system is a question here for achievements. After all there is already one in place for daily and monthly what about the rest. Will it be in the form an achievement ladder you need to complete in order to get the reward or will it all be based off points which seems to favor the daily and monthly kind.
Also I’m just putting it here that I saw nothing for crafting and if ascended gear was suppose to be a weaker tier does that mean legendary will be stronger or be forced to have the same status as this new tier.
Well in the next patch this is what will happen:
“Account Achievement Reward System
Put your account achievement points to good use! From now on, you’ll be able to unlock rewards like exclusive new armor skins, weapon skins, and permanent account bonuses as you earn achievement points on your account. You’ll also earn laurels, gems, gold, powerful items, and PvP and WvW rewards as your achievement score grows. These rewards will be retroactively awarded for any tiers of account achievement rewards you’ve already earned on your account."
Maybe this will help your understanding
Interesting fact that was posted in another thread.
Anet has not said for sure there will be no expansions. It is something the future will tell use.
Personally I am apposed to the way expansion have been done in the past and wish they would not do so and just slowly add to this game in this new format. Including adding races.
Who says they can’t? Only time will tell
1) Anet will refine and update existing content and locations
2) Overhaul explorable dungeons
3) update the reward system
5) create new activities
Feel free to pick one, some or all of these to comment on. Look forward to your responses
I’d like to focus on these. Soon, they haven been “on their to do list” for a year. That’s a sad state of affairs.
Especially activities (mini-games) were said to be in every city and elsewhere right until a few weeks to release. Then there was only one in the live game. Some came and went for a few weeks. If there was a shred of truth to the pre-release statements it would have taken a few weeks most likely, and a few months in the worst case.
So regarding some of those bullet points I feel pretty much lied to be Anet. They didnt rescind them either, you always have a long list of “it’s coming” from various interviews, news items developer forum comments and so on. But how much of it will really come within half a year? within a year? Judging from the last year, the outlook is bleak.

Well Superbox is still in game in Rata.
I personally due to long experiences wither other MMOs really don’t expect a lot the first full year into a game.
In that time most see how the player base is using their product and fixing bugs and the like that they couldn’t see in beta.
I do understand what you are stating but I feel until September of this year they are non-issues. Once yo get to Sept. please lash out like crazy
