LS3P3Spoiler something about the last chapter
This vision is very weird.
I mean this moment: https://youtu.be/7FvMobxY2IQ?t=28
The vines came to the Egg with Ley Line energy. And we can hear a lot of screams of the dragon, I think. We can hear Mordremoth’s and after Aurene’s sounds.
But in the last chapter the destroyers attacked the hatching,
So this vision shows the last Ley Line energy’s portion with the vines. So maybe this is why Aurene has “weird” head, I mean very similar to Mordremoth.
I think, that the corruption came to Aurene and I guess something will wrong with her.
What do you think?
You could have a point, or you could be reading way too much in to artistic licence.

This has been discussed multiple times, some people said there’s even some similarities to Zhaitan in Aurene’s wings.
It’s actually logical that Aurene absorbed the magic after Mordremoth died. That’s one possible purpose for Aurene – to absorb the Elder Dragon’s energy like a sponge after they died. You can see what happens if the energy is floating around in the open world – there’s anomalies showing up and the leyline events all over Tyria, so we need Aurene to absorb this energy and keep the balance.
We don’t know what consequences there’ll be for Aurene – but right now she doesn’t seem to be evil.
In Ember Bay you can see the destroyers having Zhaitan’s and Mordremoth’s aspects as well, so Primordus absorbed both of their energy, too.

So the Egg absorbed death’s magic, when it was with Master of Peace.
But it means that we will see changed Icebrood and Branded as well. But why these changes appeared after Mordremoth’s death?
Why didn’t Mordrems were changed by Zhaitan’s death?

It was, that’s why it could use dead bodys to make mordrim as explained in game…………

Windall: No. She… They changed, Taimi. The destroyers there.
Taimi: Oh!
<Character name>: Changed? How?
Windall: Like Risen…and Mordrem. Unstoppable.
Taimi: Risen and Mordrem? What do you mean?
Windall: They’re not like they were. Different attacks, a different…feel. I don’t—
Taimi: It’s okay, it’s okay. Take him away and get him some care.
<Character name>: What do you think that all meant?
Taimi: Not sure. He could have— (gasp) Of course! It’s like you said about the monkey!
Taimi: They changed! It’s… That’s why Mordremoth was able to… The Mordrem, Commander!
<Character name>: What about them?
Taimi: The ones who came from the blighting pods! Mordremoth had its minions, the sylvari, right? But it was able to create more, new ones from the dead! That power came from Zhaitan!
Taimi: Killing Zhaitan caused the other dragons to absorb the death spectrum, but we only saw it in Mordremoth because it was active.
Taimi: Then we killed Mordremoth, and now Primordus has absorbed some of the death and planty-ness! I think…
<Character name>: Can we test that theory? I’ll go and get you a sample from these new destroyers.
Taimi: That’d be amazing, Commander! Be careful, and let me know what you find!

They did….. You didn’t notice it the first time through HOT, because you’re too preoccupied with Mordremoth.
I’ve taking my necro back through HOT’s story to fill out some achievements, and knowing the discoveries Taimi made in LS3, I started noticing very important clues from as early as Chapter 1.
Taimi even spells it out….. the Mordrem Elite are in fact the product of Death magic combined with Mordremoth’s Plant magic. The Blighting pods preserve dead bodies for use as cores in the new mordrem, and theres even events in Auric basin where they harvest bodies to make Modrem forces.
When originally playing the HoT story, I thought something along the lines of, "Huh, so Mordy encroached on Zhaitain’s territory?" I think it’s better that the LS explicitly linked it to the latter’s death.
Gorr should be all over this, but I guess Taimi’s the only asuran researcher these days...

Well, if that is true (I don’t remember it myself but it’s been a while since I played through the full story) then that is foreshadowing that the ED magic is transferable after death, while the Living Story confirms it later on for those who missed the clue(s).

There’s a lot that Gorr really should be doing. During Burden of Choice, do we go to Gorr first? Nope, straight to Ogden.
I’m thinking about that .. we don’t know how mordremoth looked like before he took ‘Death Spectrum’ … but when i took closer look at him, he had little Zhaithany on him .. maybe some dark effects or dead roots and so on … so im really eager to see how will Primordus look like after he took both ‘Death Spectrum’ and ‘Planty-ness’ .. ‘tho i don’t want to see green/black Fire dragon really (like new destroyers)
