I have been away for a while but have been watching the living world updates with interest. I only made it to level 30 or so before stepping back last time. Will the living world updates offer anything to me or are they for level capped characters only? I know the systems upgrades, like the achievement system, but how about the zones and events and story content?

Southsun Cove and the LS dungeons upscaled player characters. Though the upscaling does not make you what you could be at max, it does help. I’m not sure if the Labyrinthine Cliffs will upscale characters. Otherwise, some of the achievements can be had in lower level zones (in this event, the achieve for farming the kites, as these can be found in any zone except Orr).

All Living World content upscales it seems. Definitely doable for all levels.

Emissary Vorpp’s Field Assistant seems impossible with a character under level 25. The first portal is in Ascalon Settlement in Gendarran Fields (level 25-35 area).

I’ve been doing the QJ activities on a low-level character and have found it enjoyable due to upscaling and rewarding in terms of XP (lots of level appropriate greens were dropping for me in the crown pavilion and even the occasional rare, but I didn’t really expect a lot of loot when I’m on a low-level character).
