Guild Wars 2

So interestingly, i have chapter 1-4 locked out and have to unlock via gems.

……but chapters 5/6/7/8 i can play ?

Is this right? or a bug ?

Chapters were unlocked for free if you logged in during a 2 week window after the release of each chapter.
If you didn’t play during that time, then yes you need to unlock them with gems.
