Right now there’s not much I can do because all instances are constantly full.
This was a disaster last year, but it appears no extra servers/instances are being rolled this year.. whelp
at least I got the presence done last year so its not much stress for me.. still a shame, though

I assume this is about the Winter Wonderland? Yes, just interact with the NPC repeatedly until you can enter.

P.S. What does “ju-full” and “ri-full” mean? <— not a native speaker, therefore confused

The second is a portmanteau of “Let’s ring in the bells!” interrupted by “instance full” (start to say the first and end with the end of the second). The first is one I don’t recognize, but probably same idea for the JP.

The OP was trying to offer a humorous title rather than expressing their true feelings about the frustration of not being able to enter the activity.

I don’t have any ideas that I will actually complete the JP but I had some extra time yesterday and so decided to pop my head in and see how fast I died. Couldn’t get in so that’s the end of that.
