So if you double click it and u get like a spark but no red clouds or minis what does it mean? I tried going to 4 different maps to test it. I am sure it worked ok b4.

No creatures are currently available? They are on a timer, somewhat.

Yes i checked on gw2timer and it said it was 4 mins away I tried before and after the time too. I will try again then.
