I noticed that the 2 new back skins for the cutthroat politics are available from the Fortune Scrap Vendor in the bazaar docks. so my question is:
1) will the Fortune Scrap Vendor in the bazaar docks be a permanent vendor?
2) if it is not a permanent vendor will the rose and rucksack from cutthroat politics join the list of the other items available from the permanent fortune scrap vendor sitting in the black lion trading post?
As this is limited time only content, if they will still be around after aug 5th would be nice to know so we can get them before they leave.
