Guild Wars 2

So I got pretty much everything ready for my Luminescent armor skin, except for those ascend rings that I can get after completing stroy masterys.
So I would like to ask if anyone has done following achivements:
Tangled Paths mastery
Seed of Truth Mastery
Point of no return Mastery
Echoes of the Past Mastery

Just curious if that can be done alone without any other players, or I need group for all those achivements?
How long does it take to get all those achivements done? I know I tried some of those before, but I spent few hours without getting any closer to it.

Any kind of guidelins would be appreciated.

I would also like to ask if there is any EU guild that is active in that manner and I could join to get some help from experienced players and do those achivements.

So any kind of help/answer/guides are welcome

I’m not that experienced player, so please don’t hate me for noob questions.

And another question regarding this.
Each of those mastery achivements, have few minor achivements that need to be complete.
Do I get them during stroy, or after I come to the end of the story?
For example: “Recon Demolitionis” achivement. Do I get it while doing story quest, or I would get it after I come to the end of the story?

Some of them do better in a group. Dulfy does a pretty good job of saying when having more people is good or bad. The parts where you turn into Caithe sometimes work better if you can have someone else be her while you stay safely at a distance — that end centaur one for instance, I haaaaaaate the achieves there. Pretty much anything that requires you personally not to get hit by things will work better with friends taking the hits for you.
