Guild Wars 2

Im unsure if this was intentionall, or if its a bug, But did they add the Chain for the mad memories back? I found the first ghost and I got the first part of the quest, But Since I dint have the scan I cant find the rest, Is there a way to find the scanner or was that a bugg?

i have managed to get parts 1-2-3 so far and im told 4 will be available tomorow tho players Ive spoken to are unsure if we will be able to make mad memories again this year the ghosts are all there in the old spots (unsure about part 4) you just cant spawn them coz we don’t have the etheric detector item from the first halloween

Can you just talk to the ghosts to get the quests to start? Or do you need the device? I have both books. Got them year one. But wouldn’t mind doing the quests again as they where amazing fun.

Would love to have the scavenger hunt back. I’m missing the basic Mad Memoires skin since I deleted it way back during the first year when I ran out of room.

Not sure who told you that but I think they were making conjecture. I checked out the spot for #4 last night and the ghost didn’t turn up. Waited for nightfall and everything. I had the first 3 pieces already.
