hi guys, I got a simple question about Mawdrey

I read that i need to craft the mysterious vine and cultivated vine first for crafting Mawdrey, and that steps could be skipped in a future patch. I´m more or less new player, is this mentioned patch active now and i can craft Mawdrey skipping the other vines? If not, is this patch going to be developed ? ( To wait and skip those steps)

You need to craft the vines in order. There will never be a patch to allow for the skipping of the Mysterious Vine and Cultivated Vine on the way to Mawdrey. When the Dragon’s Reach Part 2 was initially released, there was a bug that allowed some players to skip a crafting step, that bug was since rectified and the current progression towards Mawdrey is working as intended.

Anyway Xiahou Mao.9701 is right, you can’t skip any steps.

There was a previous patch bug that allowed some players to potentially skip the middle vine but that was fixed within a few days
