That’s the lightning symbol that is all over the place that signifies the lightning pull skill – it’s just on uneven terrain so it looks odd.

Its lightning. But it looks like a dragons had above if you look closer you see an eye. Still i think its glint because the 3 powers are hers, or maybe Kuunavang since it has a cantan stile

There’s no eye in there. The human brain creates shapes and patterns out of things that don’t exist… It’s a cloud with lightning, the image is used throughout the whole of the Bazaar.
