Anyone remember the days when after completing a personal story, and you had a buddy with you, if they had the same mission they could also accept completion of the mission.

So my question is why is that not a part of these story missions? I just did the first one and my friends and I had to do it twice because I didn’t get credit for THE SAME EXACT MISSION! What is the point of playing with friends again?

I did the mission with a friend and I got credit. It gave me an option at the end to take credit, saying I participated enough in the story.

My husband and I went through it together… we both got credit. Worked the same way as it did for personal story.

As with personal story, there were intermediary steps between some of the instances where you had to talk to people. If you missed some of those and your progress wasn’t as far along as your friend’s and you did the instance together then you wouldn’t get credit. Did you check that?
