Guild Wars 2

I am having trouble getting this achievement. I have been doign this with a full party. We all choose a section to protect the npcs while the leader owner runs aroudn and talks to the npcs, but we still fail. We have been attempting for a long time now. Can anyone give any advice.

I did this with a friend of mine (just us 2) and went for the 10 minute achievement. After finishing the last section, the instance leader just ran back and ressed all the NPCs (and you have to talk to them and tell them to retreat)

This is how my group did it.

Firstly, the NPCs only spawn after you speak to the caravan leader in the cave. You want to spread your group out around the zone to assist with guarding them.

We had 3 people on the eastern side of the zone, while I looked after the ones that spawned near the western cave and the guy down below in the river. The instance leader spoke to the caravan leader, then came south and helped the 3 at the tower then came to assist the 3 I was guarding and we both went further south to the group then, then looped around to the east and back to the north.

We did take 3 attempts, but those were mainly working out where the NPCs were. Once we worked that out it was not difficult.
