Possible HoT Season ending:
After a brief and surprise attack by Scarlet, she asks again if we want to know why she did everything. This time, the Pact Commander wisely agrees to listen. Scarlet then leans in, laughs… and uses her fanciest finishing move.

Possibility #2:
Replace “Scarlet” with “Balthazar”

Checked the trailer. There’s someone that resembles Riot Alice (nuuuu ;_;) in reddish armor, and some random Charr rifleman in red-lined clothes. So it could be a red-shirt. Hmm.

The woman in the trailer actually matches that of a Priestess of Balthazar in Swamplost Haven.

As for the Charr, I think he might’ve even appeared in the Flashpoint trailer, might just be a random character they decided to show.

I think Balthazar will die. These pics of statues of Abaddon lead us to kill a god.

So I hope another Sylvari won’t be sacrificed again at the end xD.

And it seems Kasmeer told Jennah and Anise that the god is back.

So now I know the reason- Balthazar made his another base in Orr that would explain lava and balthazaric creatures who look like his hounds.

Lava is most likely created by Balthazar.

I think Kryta will make the alliance with Canthan- that would explain boat.

Alliance with Joko maybe?

I think that Jennah and Anise aren’t Lyssa because it’s clearly said that Krytan throne will make alliances.

One stayed behind does not mean Balthazar, I think it is about another god who never left Tyria- I think it’s Kormir- in Gw1 we saw her leaving but perhaps she never left Tyria. My theory is that Kormir is “E”.

Actually technically Abaddon stayed behind with his agenda… Yes he was prisoner in his realm, but he was actually with Tyrians and actively involved in major events.

And killing Balthazar seems technically unlikely.
1. Too big topic for an episode, witch already leads us into expansion with Elder Dragon
2. 5 gods could not kill 1 other god (Abaddon)
3. Just imagine how many good writing could involve one rouge human god on Tyria for future expansionS.

Plus, he hasn’t really had any character development. For dragons, that’s fine, because they’re incomprehensible alien forces, but the Six are basically just people with superpowers and giant egos, which would make killing him off a real lost opportunity.

To be fair, Belinda didn’t get any character development either. She went from Marjory’s sister to Christmas tree ornament in the span it takes to get a glass of milk from the fridge.
