I liked the idea of using events that were already there.
It makes the game a bit more vivid, plus it ads to the stuff you have to do without the pressuring the creators.
I would even say it was still on the short edge, using only local 1 minute events for this.
This can go bigger. This is a good way to expant the time required to finish a story

The crown pieces could actually have been spread more around the world. The story is level 80 anyway, so there would be no problems to even pop a piece in Orr.

The crown pieces needed epic events or involve a great deal more time and challenge than they did considering what the symbolised setting up.

Re using events I agree is an interesting tactic, although the world needs a great deal more anyway, so adding more I still believe is a bigger priority.

As for a piece in Orr….well that wouldn’t work from a story perspective considering Orr was underwater (and leagues away) when Adelbern did his final act.
