Now, I’ve already completed the quest, so that may be why, but when I double click on it, it says content temporarily disabled. Any info on this

I’m guessing it acted like a portable scout and people were abusing it in combat. It would have made the player invulnerable for its duration.

Or, because you completed the task, it does nothing anymore. You get the message so you know why you don’t get a map popup.

I’m getting the same issue, and I literally came back yesterday from taking a while off. Haven’t done a single thing with the quest. So, this thing is pretty confusing.

It’s been like this for more than a day, I have not started the quest but assumed reading the letter was required – will check today if I can just do the quest anyway.

You can do the quest without reading the letter. I just finished it today.
