Pact Fleet Weapons
Because anet need to make money somehow ..
Just be glad they aren’t only achievable through RNG boxes anymore.
Pretty much what Jokke said, it’s one of the ways they make money so I won’t begrudge them that … not when they’re on the level anyway.

But that’s kind of what the Black Lion Chests are…
delicate, brick-like subtlety.

Back then they weren’t tradeable on TP, but ONLY available through RNG boxes ..
You don’t have to rely on RNG now.

Except that they could make them direct purchasable and still make money. No need for this RNG bullkitten.
Please give us a keyring…
I tend to support Anet on most things but have to agree it’s sad to see most skins added as BL Chest skins but at least you can sell them on TP. At least they did add the new armors in game (but through grind instead of accomplishment).

That’s nice and understandable, BUT the problem is, people want to earn things by playing the game, not by throwing money to the toilet (that’s pretty much what keyes are) and relying on RNG. It’s not very cool to throw all the cool stuff to gemstore, while others will be stuck with one armor skin for next three months.

Play game. Earn gold. Buy on tp.
^black lion skins usually average at 70 gold value during their 1 ticket price period lowest point and i’m sure you can get them for less by placing offers, it’s not an unreasonable amount of gold to farm unless you want the entire collection (in which case you’d get 7 tickets back form the collection achievement so you’d get some money back)
Plus you could farm black lion keys and try your luck.
I’d say 10 gold/day is a very reaosnable amount of money anyone can make in game whitout farming their kitten off provided you sell the materials you are dropping but most people make more.

yeah, i’ve made up to 20g in 4 hours of world boss farming, and I make sure to kill Tequatl and 3 headed Wurm as they tend to give really really good rewards

It is not true that “people” want to get things doing specific content, i for instance don`t. Imho it is the biggest merit of GW2 that it forces you only very rarely to do something that you do not like. Normally i can play whatever content i want, earn gold and then buy whatever i want.
I really cannot understand why some people keep demanding more constraints and more obligations and, in the end, more grind to get things. I suppose nobody likes every kind of content, so every player should be happy that this game allows him to choose what he wants to play and then get the rewards he desires from TP. I am happy to have this freedom.
[Soul] – Ring of Fire
I hear the hamsters that go in the wheels will be available in the gem shop soon.

1) They could have made an additional weapon set, like they did with Dry Top’s Ambrite weapons.
2) Yes, they are obtained through RNG only.

The weapon skins were always tradeable on the TP…
But they could avoid the RNG all together by putting weapon tickets on the gemstore directly.
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.

Yes the source of the skins comes from people getting skins through RNG, but you can get them through the TP now aswell from people listing them. Making them much easier to obtain.
And no .. you are wrong. Trust me, or else I wouldn’t had ran about 300 key runs to get my fused ticket 2 years ago lol. You got a fused (or whatever kind) ticket, to a vendor .. And they were NOT tradeable! That was added later into the game. Fused/dragons jade/sclerit (not sure how many more) were not tradeable on TP at release. Sclerit and DJ had special rng boxes, fused were through black lion chests.
My fused GS was more rare then legendaries back then, so yeah .. I would know ^^

1. Buy Gems.
2. Convert gems into gold.
3. Spend gold on skins.
Personally, I’m not a fan of this concept either, but you can theoretically buy them with gems.
you spend complaining about it on the forums, you’d be
done by now.”
