…something that has to do with a Pink Moa.

Possibly related to this ‘Pink Moa’?
The pink moas are simply mordrem that have been transformed into moas by Kasmeers Mesmer magic (more specifically this: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Polymorph_Moa)
O waw……i am impressed at the detective work done. I know that npc but completely forgot about him. Thumbs up..definitely interesting.
Maybe the pink moa he saw in the past was made by Anise ?

I did consider this, since that “moa” is next to the location where you find Kasmeer. It could be that Reginald’s hint has to do with a mesmer smuggling someone or something into Kryta as a pink moa. After all, the reason the Seraph were investigating the area in the first place is because of smugglers.
