Play when you want, but only when..
I think the HoT instance set in Tarir has the story instance entrance mote just outside the north gate of Tarir, so that should be accessible?
For the LS3ch2 instance, if you have a guild with the Gilded Hollow hall, that’s a workaround: you can teleport to your GH, go out the front door, and access the lower level of Tarir that way. It probably would be fairer if there was another way, though – even if it’s only available when you have that story step up.
People don’t hate Scarlet like Game of Thrones fans hate Joffrey.
They hate her the way Star Wars fans hate Jar Jar Binks.

Ah yea, we do. I forgot the GH connects to the bowels of Tarir, thanks for reminding. still, that would only work if your guild has that Hall. I have a buddy whose guild is in the other hall, so he wouldn’t be able to do Dragon Vigil during the Tarir-meta
The actual part of the meta where Tarir is blocked off is fairly small but it does seem to happen way too often when I port into Tarir compared to how little time the meta actually takes. Perhaps Anet could change the instance to start outside the South gate (since that is where it always takes you when the city is occupied)
The actual part of the meta in which Tarir is blocked off lasts exactly the same amount of time in every failed instance, so max 20 minutes out of 2 hours. I am not in favor of gating stories behind events, but in this case, it’s a nominal delay.
