( Sorry, my english is not so good )Hello, today i got the Living Story Season 2 for 840 gems, but it shows to me that the episode 3 is locked and i need to contact support. I’ve sent a ticket to support and i’m waiting for an answer, i would like to know if you guys are having the same problem???
I already completed chapter 1 and 2, and chapter 3 still locked, the other chapters are unlocked…. I want to complete all the chapters in order, i don’t like to skip chapters on games =/.
I’m sure the CS Team can assist you once your ticket makes it through the queue. Do be sure to use the web-form accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below rather than the in-game Bug Report, as the Bug Report will garner no response.
