I have the Crossing from the halloween event last year as a drop, which was GW2’s first holiday event since launch. I don’t know how anet worked back in GW1, but I want to know if the Crossing will be available as a drop again in Halloween based on GW1 assumptions, or will it be only available as a crafted item since the end of it’s event? In other words, I want to know if it’d be smart to sell it come the end of September because it’ll just become openly available again, or should I continue to hold on to it?

Not entirely true for MA/AR. They’ll be back as fractals, which means they’ll be changed somewhat (at least AR will need to be, its too long). Also, if Colins comment is still true (which I really hope it doesn’t happen), then the rewards for them (at least MA), won’t be the same. I.E. Jetpack/mini probably won’t drop from the MA fractal.

Holiday ones might still have the same rewards.
(You can still craft the three Halloween ones now, you know)

Possibly. We’d have to see once we actually have a holiday reoccur.
