Its only me or..? On my engi I experiencing random unequiping crystals and even kits in Dry Top. Jump to diving googles is impossible because skill randomly disappears..

That has been an issue on my engineer as well, but I was able to complete the diving goggles.

If you unequip the kit, the aspect crystals reappear, which makes it interesting for combat since you can have full access to grenade/bomb kit while retaining crystals.

they explained that at the very beginning, that the crystals aren’t as strong as they were in the cliffs, and they will stop working after a while (I think after a while of you not using them, maybe 10s? not really sure what that timer is).

Unequiping engi kits, however, could be an unintended sideeffect of this change, and is probably a bug.

I know they reappear but that timer I dont know. When you jump on that last platform under googles it disappear every time and you get last crystal just before that no way its more than 10s

The crystal effects dissapear after 10 seconds, unless you pick up another crystal.
They stack in duration.

If you do the jp from start to end while picking up every crystal on the way smoothly, you end up having a 2m+ timer and plenty of time to jump without feeling pressured.

That what I did smooth jumping without any breaks gather all crystals on the way and still same.
