I’ve pinpointed the bug that makes last chance overly difficult for some players.

It’s specific to ranger. The pet is upscaling the event.

On thief and warrior I monitored spark spawns and was getting 1-2 per dome per cycle.

On a ranger I was getting 3-6 per done per cycle. At one point I had 12 sparks spawn within a 10s window. This only happened on a ranger with a pet.

Interesting. I play mesmer and was getting about 4 sparks to spawn each cycle. Maybe its just inconsistent though?

Iplayed as a ranger [with druid specialisation tho] and I completely never noticed how much sparks have spawned per cycle – at no point they were a considerable problem to me tho….

It’s not related or confined to pet classes. My Warrior was getting 3-4 every time and obliterating the NPC

As an elementalist, there were always 3 sparks per dome, so 6 total at the start. When you kill a spark, it’ll respawn in ~12 seconds rather than waiting for the entire group to die like usual wave events.

Fixed per patch notes…for those having issue, hopefully. =)
