Now, there might already be posts about this, but a few quick searches on the forum (at least in this subcategory) have yielded no results. So I’ll just ask my question and hope that people don’t chide me too much (considering that this is probably a pretty old discussion, if it exists). Anyway…

…Why is Rox’s armour so bland? It’s literally like… level 10 gear, but with one of the store-bought (iirc) skull shoulders. The only defining feature about her outfit is her quiver, and while that is immensely cool, I don’t think it really makes it stand out as much as say Braham’s or Jory’s entire outfit does.

Will there be a redo of her appearance in HoT? I know it’s supposed to take place immediately after the end of season 2, but I mean… c’mon. ;____;

Firstly, the forum search feature is broken. It’s pretty much never worked

Rox is a gladium. She has no warband and thus no armourer to fit her out. It wouldn’t be hard to imagine her cobbling bits of equipment together from whatever is available.

Kasbarbie is a broke noble but she’s wearing a cool dress.

My guess why they didnt make roxs armor is if they did and it looked cool and not clipping, ppl would demand them to work on clipping on other charr armors because that would prove its possible to do.

Rox can’t afford high level armor because she spends all her money on poison for her Toxic Barrage skill .

Which is 10 times more awesome than flashy armor.

Actually, there was a line in LS Season 1 where Kas said she’s not really wearing that dress, it’s an illusion.

That would have forced someone in the art department to work outside their comfort zone (which is human female by the way).

know why rox´s stuff looks that bad? Cause she is a charr and the devs cant put more then minium effort into “charrmor”. Even her quiver is one of the most floaty backpieces (if equipped on charr) and its basically MADE for a charr character. Should make it obvios what the devs think about charr and people who play em.
