I dont think I spotted it.. lemme watch it again

Ah yea, in the beginning, no, the woman is just a human, she has a faint blue glowth, but I dont think she’s more than a whisper of Dwayna, if she’s related at all, but the other one is an Orrian Wraith. They were the field generals for Zhaitan, like, the leaders if Zhaitan wasnt commanding personally. Dunno if they were colleagues of the eyes, or subservient to the eyes, though. Considering the background dialogue I had this weird thought we’re going to ally with the risen… that’d be the joke of the century

I think the “blue Lady” lady is an orrian ghost or somekind of servant of Dwayna. I don’t think it’s Livia, because Livia was always dressed in red clothes and I think if they introduce such an old and popular character, they would design her similar to her GW1 appearance (even the hair is different)

Well the model is from the Risen Wraith, but turquoise instead of green.

It could be an enemy, servant of Grenth or something else…

Perhaps it is the Paladin in me, but the thought of allying with undead is…disconcerting, at best.

Why yes, yes there are some things that I just Will. Not. Do. Regardless of the cost.

I am many things, and I have a VERY high opinion of myself. But even I know I’m not a god!

After watching WP’s video on it I’m not soo sure, however, there is a good reason to believe that one particular god stayed. Grenth was born in Tyria, so for him to leave doesn’t really make as much sense as Balthazaar returning by a bloodstone ritual. I originally thought the spirit was a priestess of Dwayna. I don’t think the blue glowing wraith is grenth. Maybe a servant but the blue glow doesn’t match since the Mask of Grenth has green glowing eyes. It could however be tied to Ascalon like dead since they emanate the same glow. So what if Grenth stayed in Orr absorbing the dead energy of Zhaitan and Mordremoth only got a part of it? And this is why Balthazaar was after the dragon’s power. Maybe Grenth was able in some way to gain power without the six and has been behind Orr’s stagnant unchanging appearance. Without the six Balthazaar would be desperate for power, and the Mursaat would be a good guise to hide behind until he could regain strength. Anyway it will be interesting, the only way I could see a Grenth added to the story is if that’s where the expansion is headed. Though to have Balthazaar this late in the story is kind of short story for such an influential god.

I like the idea of Grenth staying home in Tyria and being Tyria’s protector. I’m still holding up hope that he’s both Mister E and the Master of Whispers from Guild Wars Nightfall.

No, it’ll seem like that at first, but then it’ll turn out he’s actually Lazarus, who was pretending to be a wraith all along to discover who was pretending to be him.
We’ll also discover that Balthazar is really Mr Rogers. You heard it here first.

I still don’t think Balthazaar (if it is confirmed to be him staying behind) is the bad guy.

The expac is going to Elona and the trailer shows what looks like Orr. What do they have in common? The undead. Orr has minions but no master, and Palawa Joko likes undead armies.

I think Ep. 6 is just going to lead up to that, maybe show that Balthazaar isn’t the “bad guy” and in fact may end up helping.

That’s what I have gotten out of this so far.

Edit: Also, the first person I can think of who would be wearing a crown and look undead would be Palawa Joko.

Maybe if it’s anyone it’s King Doric. We’ve been messing about with Bloodstones, we’ll be going back to Orr with a God back in the storyline, that’s not inconceiveable.

I’m more inclined to believe that it’s nothing in particular other than, perhaps, an Orrian Wraith under the control of the wielder of the Scepter of Orr

and every wraith in in service of zhaitan – look it up the only difference I see is the colour…..

perhaps, an Orrian Wraith under the control of the wielder of the Scepter of Orr

thats exacly my theory ^-^ mostly based on the fact that new colour seems oddly similar to that energy orb in the scepter
