When I go back to the Inner Chamber of Tarir Aurene is still an egg.
Anet should update this room for the people who have done the latest story step!

And maybe add a little event in there where you can feed and pet the dragon?

Tarir is in a state of Groundhog’s day with HoT.

Also spoilers are appropriate less than a week from release.

(Well since she consumes magic i have no idea how would you feed her other than sacrificing yourself, chaks or another dragon.)

But i am definitely down for your ideas!
Sadly the chamber is server based, not client. And since there is even an adventure in it its not possible at the moment.
Making it into an instance could allow us to see it hatched.. BUT.
It would create an issue with the map timer which wont allow you to do the adventure when tarir is under attack, but that could be simply removed.
Also from what i heard the hot maps will be frozen in time just like base tyria maps.
But they were changed a bit during ls2, so who knows.. Would love some anytime interaction and quests for Aurene.

They can’t update the room as it’s not your own personal instance. It’s still part of the map and wouldn’t make much sense to update it.

Guess Spencer needs to get sacrificed…

They’ve already got a level of phasing in the new map [the Dwarven machines that, iirc, stay activated for you after activating them but, obviously, not for anyone who hasn’t done so] and part of the point of the map might have been testing that tech. Since Tarir is probably going to have a higher significance in the next part, this tech might get ported over to an update there, who knows.
