if you read the site code for the recent update and look for the Coming Soon panel, it says

‘Hero’ is a term used to describe the featured or primary image in a web page, often a banner image across the top of the page, but it could be placed elsewhere. An actual designer could provide a better description than that, but that’s the general gist and looking at the page, is probably the meaning that’s relevant here.

That aside, I’m pretty interested to see what the next release has in store for us.

I am counting that as my ‘thing I learnt today’ -thanks for taking the time to post

I am also looking forward to the next patch, should be interesting.

I really hope that they use this next event to give us a new permanent dungeon. Since they already have new armor and weapons it would be possible. Although I have the feeling that it will be a RNG based Weapon-Skin and some shiny limited time armor skins. As long as they handle the skins like in dragon bash, which was the faires way to obtain a claim ticket so far, would be okay for me.

Where’s the proof of that? All I’ve seen is speculation that she’s a villian.

In the pre-Sounthsun interviews, one of the devs hinted that the new Personal Nemesis might be a she.

Though I personally think the conspicuous Mia healer character from the Effigy ceremony is a better candidate than Kasmeer. Or the announced “mysterious Delaqua” person.

Based on the character design of both Kasmeer and Delaqua I don’t think either one of them is going to be a villain. Both their armors are decorated with a lot of feathers, and as a pair/duo, they complement each other well in terms of appearance (one light the other dark).
