Guild Wars 2

Just figured I’d upload some shots from after the construct attempt I just did. It’s a really pretty area and would make a great guild hall!

The first is of the painting that was teased, with a following screenshot of something I noticed in the far shiverpeaks map that may or may not have been there beforehand. A compass? A structure of somekind? Maybe it was there before.

Then another of a corpse at the bottom of the lake with the name “J” which I assume is “Jayce” as alluded to in the journals about having second thoughts about the White Mantle and then being killed by the person who had the journal.

Then just a few of to appreciate the landscape.

Second is eye of the north. Been there n can go there sence launch if the game. Every couple months someone sqys hey look i fiund this what is it . Lol

Yeah second screenshot is nothing new if you played GW1 and linked your account since GW2 launched.

Though it would be cool to rediscover the rest of the area around the ruins of the Eye of the North and the Far Shiverpeaks once we get to fight Jormag.

The first picture is a painting of an area near the Eye of the North. It’s a painting of Drakkar Lake. See the dragon lying frozen in the lake? If I remember correctly this is where Svanir absorbed the dragon’s magic and turned evil.

Interesting enough, the Painting in the Game isn’t new. This Painting is also there in the Salma District, 1st Floor of the Tavern in Andrews Room. Is it just Anet trolling us or has the Painting a meaning? We see this Painting quite a lot in the Twisted Castle and there is at least one Case of it being outside of the Raid.
