Does somebody know when exactely season 2 starts?

I guess one or two months after the release in China. Since China and NA/EU are synchronous an earlier start would confuse/annoy too many new players in China. They could not take part in LW. Maybe the first sub-arc of LW Season 2 will focus on LA and Brisban Wildlands. This would give Chinese players the opportunity to participate without the pressure to speed level like hell.

I rather they not make Season 2 and just continue with expanding Personal Stories…
I don’t have time to catch up or miss out story driven content.
