I am not sure if this is proper place for this kind of question, but I wonder if this item will be obtainable in game any time soon? I missed my chance to get it, and would really like to have it on my character.
Maybe it could be added for purchuse via Laurels, like Season 1 items?
The only two times it was made available was during the original LS1 story (as a currency sink) and available via special L1-related currency during a special event.

Alright so let’s rephrase. You might have been there and if the item would have been a reward for being present at the time, you should have gotten it and if you haven’t you should send ANet a report that you have missed something you are eligible for.
But…the item was not a reward for being there, but for doing the achievement, which you didn’t, for whatever reason. So why should you get an item, meant as a reward for an achievement, which you didn’t do?
You prioritized RL over a vdeo game, which is a smart choice, but by doing so, by deciding to do RL stuff, you also decided to not play video games by which you also decided to not get the rewards.
Players who have the item, have it because they did the achievement. Why should having a few laurels/karma/gold/whatever to spend entitle you to the item in the same way some one who did the achievemet earned it?

Regardless of the merits of the philosophical debate, ANet did bring back the selfless potion once, so there’s reason to hope that they might do it again.

Because its not a sake of effort or money. I know it wasnt hard to get the selfless potion, but you had to redo the same stuff several days which I couldnt do. I agree the item shouldnt have been put into the game for laurels lr gold, but rather something of equal or greater effort.
How would you feel for a marionette/tricolor hologram Fractal with the selfless potion being a meta-reward? That would be effort exceeding the one in LS1
I still have the 250 found heirlooms requirement. Can’t deny that not being able to reap rewards after doing such a boring task for 10 days kittened me off real hard at the time.
