Guild Wars 2

In the Silverwastes, most of the NPCs wield a new set of weapons. When I first saw these, I thought it was a graphical update for the Pact Weapons, because they followed similar colours and structure, but upon checking, I found out this is not the case.

What are these new weapons?

Can they be obtained?

If so, where do they come from?

I also wanna know

They are (currently) NPC only. Named Fleet weapon.

It is fully possible that they will be obtainable after the defeat/attack of Mordy in the same way the original Pact weapons were.

They are not obtainable atm, but that_shaman on reddit did datamine the codes so they should be added to the game at some point.

I’m guessing they will be the next Black Lion weapon set.

Having Pact-related weapons in the Gem Store would be a bit unimpressive, but it wouldn’t be the first time the Gem Store had stuff we probably should have gotten from the story, so its definitely possible.

Either way though, its pretty nice they actually gave them to the Pact this time around. The other Pact weapons were never seen actually being used by anyone (at least that I’ve noticed).
