Silverwastes is too easy
And yet pugs make gold/silver fail regularly…

It is very unusual for an unorganized map to take and hold all 4 camps for the whole duration of the meta and then finish with killing all the bosses.
Which would suggest that it is indeed rather hard and does require organization.

Something like a “flawless defense” (defending a fort without losing any door or wall) would be interesting. It could:
- Provide additional progress towards the breach event (I’m not sure if this currently happens).
- Provide some interesting bonus loot, like a rare
- Increase (cumulatively) the chances of a Legendary spawn in the next attack.
Anyways, I think there are more serious issues with the map, starting with event tagging (something they should look a fix for ASAP if they want to keep up with floating chest event rewards) and further reward balance.
Really? All the Mordrem everywhere, unsoloable defense events/breach events, the Gold/Silver ’Griffs that tend to wipe entire groups (partially due to their overpowered gimmicks and due to players not knowing what to do), the other hostiles that will usually put aside their differences just to kill you, and this place is too easy?
Well, I doubt many others will share that sentiment.
I think its fine for open world. Any harder and you cause major frustration to players who get put on bad maps. Besides we will probably get another tier in the next patch. Im guessing successful completion of the breach activates the world boss on the left side of the map.
See those 3 paths leading out in the west of the zone? There’s a good chance your extra tier will appear there.

I hope not. Even relatively well organized maps usually fail gold+silver.
Remember, remember, 15th of November
Recently people seem to be suceeding on it a lot more. I joined a very quiet map yesterday and finally managed to get my achieve done. With greater incentive to suceed the breach event people will improve. You will see a lot more organised SW in lfg (i havent seen any in the last few days on EU). Also it will force even pug maps to split players across the map. Which means people wont zerg gold and silver, scale it up and fail.
I suspect that will change with the next update. Remember that Dry Top became progressively more complex with each release. I suspect the same will happen in Silverwastes.
There is nothing easy about gold and silver. Stupid is more like it.
I’d wait till the full zone is out before criticizing it mostly because as others have said, I wouldn’t be too surprised if they’re “training” us this patch and harder content will be added as the meta moves along.
