I must admit i was one of those players unfortunate to stop playing because i missed content because of real life and then stop getting back because that same reason, now i put my doubts to see if journal will solve what was sad for meand made me stop playing completily, if any can answer i thank to much because my heart really pulse with happiness when i read the journal notice (i stoped playing much but never stopped caring for the game):
I know the season 1 is not in plan yet but it might be in future so actually my doubts are about that season:

1.You think i will be able (paying the gems price of course and doing the challenges every other player did) to get the achievements, titles and minis i lost i mean getting or organize a group of players and doing all the hardwork but at least get chance to get them?

2.Is only the story i can replay or is all the stuff because i think is very delicate and important to know that hehe

3.Im ok with the price is a little cost for having the chance to enyoy all the stuff i missed (titles,achievemnts,minis,skins etc)

4. i think to stop player to abuse the farming of those items and achievemnts anet could easily solve it making everything obtained in journal not tradeable, so the market will not get full of minis of specific events or make players who was on the event lose profit becasue they rightfully earned the right to sell them. That way everybody is happy i think or most of everybody hehe

5. last doubt is i havent played much games lately since scarlet and gw2 is included, do the temporary events like xmas and halloween allow to get old stuff i missed or its gone? if its think journal can solve this?

1.) Possibly. IF they do eventually add LS season 1 to the journal it is implied that the associated rewards and achievements would be available as well. Going forward into season 2, they will be.

2.) Again, IF season 1 is eventually added it should all be available.

3.) The cost is ONLY for missed content. During season 2, just log in during an event and it will be unlocked for you.

4.) While Anet’s history with economic balancing isn’t spotless, they do pay attention and surely will find a way to balance this. There will have to be some tradeable rewards, or else players looking to make money won’t be interested in content. On the other hand, there should be some bound rewards to serve as visible proof of completion.

5.) Holiday events are the only remaining true temporary content. They will still come around every year, but when they’re done, they’re done. There are no plans to add them to the journal.

Ohh i see i would love it really, on the last answer you gave me wht i meant is the rewards of halloween and xmas achievemtns and minis are still obtainble on next events they get back? or they gone for good sorry so many questions

That’s okay! Some rewards return each year, and generally some are exclusive to the year they were released. I would try to get whatever you can during the holiday, because there is no guarantee it will return. There’s no way to know until the next time the holiday comes.
