I love the variety of cultural armor and dyes available in-game to dye these armors.

What I’d love to see implemented into the game is the ability to dye weapons and shields. For example, I have five Sylvari, but only one of them has Green leaves, the others have blue, red, yellow, and purple skin.

This means that the cultural Sylvari armor looks bad on ’em because there are no blue, red, yellow or purple Sylvari weapons or shields.

Please allow us to be able to dye the Sylvari weapons and shields so that they match perfectly with the color of our leafy armor.

Weapon dyes are long overdue.

there would just have to be certain weapons that cant be dyed, like legendaries.

i still think there needs to be certain dyes that have illuminating effects.

There are blue and purple ones: Tier 3 Cultural, and TA dungeon token ones.

Though, at the same time, I still wish I could dye all the sylvari weapons any color that I had unlocked.

In addition, it seems that the Sylvari Tier 1 cultural weapons have the wrong graphics on them. Instead of the Sylvari graphic, they have Asura skins on ’em.

T1 and T2 cultural weapons don’t have unique skins. T2 sylvari weapons can be drops and thus purchased at the trading post, for example.

I used to wonder why they decided to cut the dye option for weapons, but then again, we have so many weapon skins to choose from, I don’t think we really need that option. It’d be a nice gimmick, but I don’t think it should take any kind of priority over actual game content or anything.
Before I can dye my weapons, give me back my Dervish! ^^
