Actually, we know that Asura can and will pilot golems from the inside – heck, every single Asura player character of level 30 or higher can!

Pilot’s view.

While the Asura have been known to pilot them since the game’s release, it’s interesting that these details have been added. Did they intend for people to see these at one point? There isn’t a 1st person view in this game.

How awesome would a 1st person view be though? I’ve always wanted to be able to look around the area in a 1st person view.

Reason for that is when the Marionette event starts Taimi jumps into her golem to pilot it. And the golem opens up to reveal the kittenpit. I think the elite skill needs an animation for asura jumping inside their golems as well as a custom model golem or something to pilot for their elite skill as well.
