The Conclusion We've ALL Been Waiting For...
…. and Tengu help kill Primordius. Only 6 days this chapter by end.
Why are players assuming that Primordius will rise from Lion’s Arch? In EotN, the chamber that houses that elder dragon is in the Shiverpeaks.

Its been 200 years, and he has the ability to shift underground. Plus Jormag drastically changed that area based on how far south the ice goes now, so it would make sense that Primordius moved.
If Primordius kills Scarlet, I vote him into power. This deed was a big favour for the players.
All hail Primordius! Primordius for president!

I think if that were the case, there would been some other cataclysmic event would correlate with Primordius moving, because its body is basically embedded in the earth. And there is no mention of any of that in the lore.

There was also no mention of any “magical” force hidden beneath Lions Arch in the lore either :|

Primordus has remained underneath the surface since its awakening, clearing huge tracts of the underground regions.
There’s no reason Primy would stay where he was after waking up, and no reason we’d need a cataclysmic event to mark him moving through the Depths. There are two likely places where he set up camp:
1) Mount Maelstrom. This volcano became active some time after Primy woke up, is overrun with destroyers, and just happens to be right next to Droknar’s Forge, the capital of the Dwarves, Primy’s long foe. He could easily be here.
2) Under Lion’s Arch. We know that the dragons feed on magical energy. There’s a huge hub of leylines under LA. If I were Primy, I’d be right there snacking on the thing.
Personally I also hope that Primy delivers the final blow…and that all his destroyers make a new nest in LA, having been flooded out of the Depths by Scarlet’s drill.

I don’t know. I can’t see Primordius being responsible for the voices in the forest.

…Scarlet’s drill….
Guys! Could we be going UNDERGROUND for season 2?

Hopefully not all of it. That would be immensely boring.
After fighting off Scarlet’s minions for hours, with no end in sight and our forces dwindling,
What I’m curious about is why it’s only OUR forces dwindling. Oh right, Scarlet’s uber at everything…sorry, my bad.
I’d be happy no matter which dragon it is, to be honest.
is it possible that scarlet is going to disrupt the leylines {it’s said she’s searching for something non-physical} to forestall mordremoth’s awakening? but in doing so, opens the depths of tyria and an onslaught of destroyers.. the in game map says {surface of tyria}
anyway, we might get new udnderground maps, or be able to play as a scarlet faction? having the upcoming battle as a competition for the high throne of {what’s left} of tyria..

I’d be happy if it wasnt a dragon. I do not think they make great enemies in an MMO.

We may see more Stone Dwarves on the surface other than Ogden if that’s the case!
You forget that Scarlet has been communicating with this creature in her nightmares
and that all Sylvari are related to one future connected to this creature
Primordus doesn’t fit in this scenario
the only reason people are thinking Primordus is because Scarlet is drilling into the ground..
We know Scarlet is after the Laylines under Lions arch but her motives are unknown
the Dwarfs are also fighting the bulk of Primordus army underground so I think its very unlikely Primordus has anything to do with Scarlet and her plans
but hey anything is possible so who knows
