Not really. More like MMO time-travel. Since each zone sort of follows narratively (no Pact in low level areas because they don’t technically exists by that time). Fort Trinity (and Orr in general) exists in a time around Zaitan’s death.

It could be worse. Trahearne could pull an Evon as seen in Lion’s Arch where we can currently find Evon Gnashblade standing both near the northern entrance to the city and at Fort Marriner. Unless Evon is a time traveller or has a twin (or a body double)…

That’s what I call story/gameplay segration. The entire world being in the same time zone, even though some zones kind of don’t.
