I just got 3 keys that combined became the tricolor key. I recall this was used back in November – i played some of the event but didn’t get that far – but i can’t find info about how to use it now. Also i don’t know how i got it. Is it for some new LS event that is comming or someth? If not, is it totally useless then?

Possessing one of each of a green, blue and pink key (dropped from enemies), a player can combine them into a Tricolor Key to open the Tri-Key Chest at the top of the Tower during the Nightmares Within event.

After the Tower fell, players could still use the Tricolor Key to open the Tri-Key Chest that was then found on the shores of Viathan Lake during the Nightmare Is Over event.

Tricolor keys can no longer be used as the Tri-Key Chest magically disappeared after that event ended.

Apparently the key parts are still being reported as dropping from enemies in Kessex Hills (as noted on the wiki) even though the Tri-Key Chest has been removed for months and they are worthless.

Aw ._. Well i didn’t get mine in Kessex Hills, the only place where i killed mobs was AC Dungeon and Frostgorge Sound. Well, i guess i’ll just delete them then. Thanks for the detailed info.

Ah, sorry. It states that they still drop from “nightmare enemies”, so any nightmare court killed may still be dropping them. I was happy to help. Sorry to have to inform of their being worthless, though. :\
