So I saw the past two trinkets you receive as rewards for doing all the Living Season achievements for purchase with the Laurel vendor. Will the Verata’s Seared Ring be available for purchase in two weeks with laurels same as the previous trinkets? I don’t really like paying out 10g for a ring I need for only one piece of the luminescent armor. Not to mention I’ve already paid out 2g for the gloves the last episode, and we still have 2 more pieces of armor to go.

Which trinkets are you referring to? Caithe’s Blossom and Plague Signet? Those are available from the Bandit Crest vendors for gold + crests after you unlock them. Are you saying they’re also showing up at the Laurel Vendor now?

The Silverwastes and other Living world season 2 rewards are permanent content and will not be going away. So I very much doubt they would add it to the Karma vendor.

Besides, 10 Gold is easy enough to get.

Instead you should be asking how to get some fast gold.

Yeah Caithe’s Blossom and Plague Signet are now available with Laurel vendors, so I’m hoping they can add that ring too. And I have gold, but I just don’t like that I need to buy a trinket for one, if not more, for the new armor with gold and that much gold. I guess what I’m implying is that the Verata’s Seared ring is not something you can get after finishing the Living Season episode achievements, so then if it’s not being sold by the Laurel vendor then it probably won’t be available after the season is over.

Didn’t know that, shygirl. Thanks for the heads-up. It might make me wait a couple of weeks to see if it gets added too. I have plenty of spare Laurels, so if the Laurel Vendor is cheaper or saves me some grinding of Bandit Crests, I’d be all for it.

After reading posts here I went ahead to laurel merchant and to the bandit trade guy I saw neither place has the Caithe’s Blossom and Plague Signet so I am assuming we just want them there! I have finished the past 2 episodes unable to get the achievements. not saying I did not have help because I did and it was fail LOL. I am hoping these will be available thru venders at one time or another.

The Verata’s Seared ring is for the luminescent pants collection. Wynne’s Locket you earn after finishing all the story achievements for this episode are for the luminescent boots collection. It’s a little ridiculous that I can only get the Verata’s ring for 1000 bandit crests and 10g when more than likely I will have to purchase all three carapace boot chests for 3000 bandit crests and 3g total. (I do thank Anet for letting us collect all the carapace pants from completing the Living Story) So I’m hoping they will have the Verata’s Ring available with the Laurel vendor to give us the option for purchasing it with laurels.

Also, I didn’t see any of the four in the laurel vendors list nr did I see the ring in the bandit crest vendors list. Do all achievements need finishing first?

I think your implication is wrong. Why would they make people who missed this season pay for it and then remove content that was originally in it? And, I’m pretty sure that they have said all of the Living Story Season 2 content is permanent.

You have to get the Episode’s Meta-achievement for them to be unlocked at the vendors. Why you would want to buy a second perplexes me.

Just so you know a laurel is worth about 1.5g if you buy the biggest crafting bags and sell the mats inside. So if you ever did have a choice of spending 30 laurels or 10 gold (assuing you already have the bandit crests), you would still be way better off spending gold and using the laurels for other things.

Clarification on this post :The Ascended trinket only show up on laurel vendor, once you have already got it once trough the achievments. Its the same with the Dungeon Ascended trinkets, its made this way, so if you want to get more after you got it once, you have a more fair choice.

They always did show up in laurel vendor – as soon as you have unlocked them through achievements. Verata Ring doesn’t seem to have an unlock, so my guess to OP is that no, it won’t appear there.
