When were they initiated as a guild?
I was never around for Season 1 (or 2, though I later purchased it), but I did a lot of reading. After all that I still felt out of the loop… like I had missed some crucial event or information that explained how exactly these characters gelled into this group and I became “boss” to them.
I think it’s quite organic how it happened. Each of them trusts you to start with, and is around when you’re around. So Taimi as an example, had already formed a relationship with Braham in the story. Rox and Braham also had a relationship from the story.
Scarlet was an enemy to everyone. She was an enemy to Rox and Braham due to her creating the molten alliance. She was an enemy to Marjory and Kasmeer due to her interference at first LA and then Divinity’s reach.
As Scarlet become more of a threat they ran into each other more and more. And they all fought by your side.
Seems to me quite natural that they would form a band, considering they had a mutual enemy for more than a year.
Still, they should have a name by now.
Well, I do agree it feels like it would be natural, but the feeling I’m getting is that some conversation had to take place off screen where they agreed on being some sort of official group, with the player character leading.
If you skipped alot of personal story you missed the formation.
You eventually gain title of commander. Thus giving you leading responsibility of your group. But before this it’s all about joining up with the “pact” not a guild as such but more of a Coalition army. Joining the 3 orders together to unite and fight against Tyrias elder dragons.
I believe there was a part in the defense of LA where Brahm and Rox are talking after the event to defend, or something, and Rox mentions how she was thinking of starting a guild
