During Dragon Bash and Sky Pirates, the fountain in Lion’s Arch was replaced with a large asura-designed holographic projector that created the big dragon hologram in the sky.
However, since Bazaar of the Four Winds, the (deactivated) holographic gizmo is still sitting uselessly in the Grand Piazza. Don’t the citizens of Lion’s Arch want their iconic multi-racial fountain back?
Do the Captains’ Council believe that a big asuran beamer is more aesthetically pleasing? Or cheaper to maintain?
