White Mantle ?
Well there are white mantle ghosts at the ruins of Aurora glade, I think there will be living white mantle once the maguuma area gets opened…
they have white mantle in one of the personal stories for human so they are still up and going maybe we will se more of them in ls2

I hope so, as long as they have decent npc model with armours that look like white mantle and not the terrible place holders one can see in the remains of aurora.
Anet I beg you, give them capes with the white mantle emblem on it. That will make them more credible at least.

Capes went out of fashion 200 years ago. Thats why you don’t see them around much any more.
