this is just a failed attempt to bring the far overdue GW1 feeling back, they don’t even look like white mantles and all badges come from bandits……uhmmmmm….what?

If you’re paying attention to the bandit-related Current Events, you’ll see that the White Mantle is putting up posters and making threats on Jennah’s life. We’re also being attacked by “mysterious” assassins while we’re taking out bandit bounties for the Shining Blade. And: bandits = White Mantle.
